Job Description

DDC FLOORS is a distribution company in the flooring industry. We focus on manufacturing and distributing hard-surface and resilient flooring. Schedule: This is a full-time position with opportunity to grow with us!

Responsibilities

- Research accounts and generate sales leads - Using various sales methods (door-to-door, cold calling, presentations etc.) to get the sales - Evaluate customers needs and build productive relationships - Meet personal and team sales targets - Attend meetings, sales events, and training to keep abreast of the latest developments - Report and provide feedback to management using statistical data - Maintain and expand client database within your assigned territory - Communicate and coordinate with other team members - Follow service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations - Perform all other duties and tasks as assigned

Requirements

- Proven sales experience - Knowledge of MS Office - Familiarity with different sales techniques - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills - Self-motivated and driven Preferred: knowledge of the floor covering industry and previous experience selling in a comparable industry to commercial flooring. Work Remotely
