Responsibilities

• Engage with customers through outbound calls, in-person interactions, and digital channels to promote vehicle sales and generate leads.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by prospecting new clients and nurturing existing relationships.
• Conduct detailed needs assessments to recommend suitable vehicles that match customer preferences and budgets.
• Negotiate terms and prices effectively to close high-end sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, manage inventory information, and follow up on sales opportunities.
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and public speaking skills to engage potential buyers confidently.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process, from initial contact to post-sale follow-up.

Qualifications

• Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable for engaging diverse customer bases.
• Familiarity with CRM software, inventory management systems, and retail math is preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills, including public speaking and phone etiquette, are essential for success.
• Knowledge of automotive products, inventory control procedures, and high-end sales techniques will give you an edge.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
