Job Description

: As a Smoke Shop Sales Associate, you will be an essential part of our team, assisting customers and helping to maintain the store's overall success. Key responsibilities include:

• Customer Service: Greet customers, provide product recommendations, and assist in locating specific items.
• Cash Register Operation: Accurately process transactions using POS systems and handle cash. Open/Close register on assigned shift.
• Store Maintenance: Keep the store clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
• Product Knowledge: Participate in ongoing product training to stay informed about new items and industry trends.
• Sales Promotion: Suggest additional products to customers to promote sales and enhance their shopping experience.
• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, restock items as necessary, and notify management of low inventory.
• Multitasking: Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently in a dynamic retail environment. Skills & Experience:
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Experience in a smoke shop or related industry is a plus.

• Full-time and part-time positions available.
• Flexible hours, with shifts available throughout the week, including weekends. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $16.50 - $18.50 per hour
