Solar Sales Consultant | Self-Generated Closers | $175K-$300K+ ReNu | Harrisburg, Mechanicsburg, Hershey & Lancaster, PA 1099 Independent Contractor | Uncapped Earnings | Leadership Opportunity If you're an experienced solar salesperson who's tired of chasing weak appointments or working for companies that can't support your success, ReNu offers something different. Since 2012, we've built one of Central Pennsylvania's most established solar companies with in-house marketing, W-2 installation crews, project coordination, customer service, and financing support. Our sales professionals stay focused on generating business and closing deals while our operations team handles the rest. We're looking for self-generating closers who want to build a long-term career with a company that rewards production and provides a clear path into leadership.

What You'll Do

• Generate residential solar opportunities through networking, referrals, canvassing, and prospecting
• Conduct in-home consultations and close solar projects
• Build and manage your own sales pipeline
• Deliver clean, accurate contracts before handing projects to operations
• Help mentor and develop future sales professionals as the company grows What We Offer
