Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as an Overnight Sales Associate, where you'll be the key driver of sales and customer satisfaction during the nighttime hours. Duties

• Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service to enhance their shopping experience
• Assist customers with product demos, answering questions about features and benefits to encourage sales
• Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for cash handling, credit transactions, and returns
• Upsell products by identifying customer needs and recommending relevant items to increase sales
• Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and ensure the sales floor is clean, attractive, and well-maintained
• Conduct merchandising tasks to highlight promotional displays and new products effectively
• Manage inventory levels through stocking and inventory checks, ensuring product availability at all times
• Maintain professional phone etiquette when assisting customers over the phone or via online inquiries
• Supervise or assist with training new team members when necessary to promote a cohesive team environment Skills
• Proven experience with POS systems, cash handling, and retail math for accurate transactions
• Strong supervisory or leadership experience in retail or grocery store environments
• Ability to perform product demos confidently and persuasively to drive sales growth
• Bilingual skills are highly valued to serve diverse customer needs effectively
• Excellent communication skills with a friendly, professional phone etiquette
• Skilled in upselling techniques to maximize revenue opportunities
• Knowledge of merchandising standards and stocking procedures within a retail or grocery setting
• Basic math skills for cash register operations, inventory counts, and sales calculations
• Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to handle inquiries politely and efficiently
