Compensation

$25/hour + commission OR full commission structure

• Hourly + Commission: $25/hour plus $50 per sale
• Full Commission Option: $200$250 per sale with uncapped earning potential
• Average first-year representatives earn $6,000$8,000 per month
• Top performers earn significantly more based on output
• Performance bonuses and incentive opportunities available

Responsibilities

• Engage directly with homeowners in assigned territories
• Educate customers on fiber internet products and services
• Generate new customer acquisitions through face-to-face sales
• Build trust and create value-driven customer experiences
• Track activity and sales performance through company systems
• Participate in daily training and team development meetings
• Consistently work toward personal and team sales goals
