Responsibilities

• Engage customers and provide exceptional customer service
• Promote and sell AT&T; wireless, fiber internet, accessories, and entertainment services
• Identify customer needs and recommend personalized technology solutions
• Meet and exceed individual and store sales goals
• Demonstrate smartphones, tablets, accessories, and connected devices
• Process activations, upgrades, account changes, and bill payments
• Educate customers on AT&T; plans, promotions, and products
• Maintain strong product knowledge of wireless technology and home internet services
• Handle customer concerns professionally and efficiently
• Maintain store appearance, merchandising standards, and operational compliance
• Participate in ongoing sales training and coaching

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills preferred
• Ability to assist both English-speaking and Spanish-speaking customers in a professional retail environment
• Previous retail sales, wireless sales, customer service, hospitality, or commission sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Comfortable working in a goal-oriented sales environment
• Basic computer and smartphone knowledge
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Compensation

• Base hourly pay plus uncapped commission
