• A people person who adds "Real Value" to the customer experience. The Account & Delivery Rep is a strategic partner with the customer to drive successful deployment of products sale within their stores, introduce products, provide customer support and consult on set plans and hot products. Weekly calls and deliveries are made to existing retail customers to ensure product sets are full, neatly merchandised, and orders are placed for weekly delivery. New product introductions and seasonal shifts in products require customer education, merchandising, seasonal product resets and management of customer needs & expectations. Additionally, with Leadership Team assistance, the Retail Account Rep regularly identifies additional existing customer opportunities, pursues new customers in different customer segments including big box, boutique, resort, grocers/pharmacy, marinas, hotels/motels, gas stations, etc.
