Iron Ascent Group is hiring an Entry Level Sales Team Member to assist with customer outreach and support related to Kinetic's Internet and TV services. In this role, you'll engage directly with customers, answer questions about available services, and help individuals understand options that fit their needs. We are looking for motivated individuals who enjoy working with people and creating positive customer experiences. No prior experience is required. Iron Ascent Group provides comprehensive training and ongoing mentorship to help new team members build confidence and develop professional skills. As an Entry Level Sales Team Member, you'll work alongside experienced team members while gaining valuable experience in customer relations, communication, and account support.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Provide information regarding Kinetic Internet and TV services and available service options.
• Answer customer questions and help clarify service features and benefits.
• Assist customers throughout the enrollment and account setup process.
• Maintain a positive customer experience through effective communication and attention to detail.
• Follow company procedures and guidelines while supporting customer interactions.
• Collaborate with other Entry Level Sales Team Members to meet daily objectives and maintain a productive work environment.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
• Represent Iron Ascent Group and its clients with professionalism and integrity.

Compensation

& Job Details:

• Position Type: This is a full-time employee position.
• Earnings: This is a commission-only position with no base salary.
• Clients & Products: We are a proud partner of Kinetic's sales division, promoting and enrolling new local customers for Kinetic Internet services.
• Schedule: Monday-Saturday (Approx. 40-50 hrs/week).
• Job Locations:
• In office plus assigned territories for face-to-face sales environments. Work Location: In person
