Overview

Mother Modern Plumbing is looking for a relentless, competitive Inside Sales Top Performer to rescue unsold revenue and re-engage warm leads. This isn't cold callingyou are following up on existing service quotes, aged leads, and happy-call opportunities to generate $2M+ in annual sold sales. If you have a background in Software sales, Car Dealerships, or high-stakes negotiation , and you know how to turn a "let me think about it" into a closed deal, we want you.

Duties

• Drive Revenue: Manage a robust outbound pipeline, making 60+ outbound calls per day to rescue unsold service quotes and re-engage aged leads (31180 days dormant).
• Consultative Selling: Handle complex negotiations, overcome objections, and present financing options or our Service Partner Plan memberships to maximize deal size.
• Fast Follow-Up: Contact 100% of unsold quotes within 48 hours of the original service call.
• Pipeline Mastery: Utilize ServiceTitan to track, tag, and organize every opportunity so that zero leads slip through the cracks.
• Daily Discipline: Follow the Inside Sales Daily Activity Checklist, attend daily huddles, and collaborate closely with the Sales Manager and field plumbers.

Qualifications

• Proven Top Performer: You have a track record of crushing quotas in high-stakes inside sales environments (e.g., Software/SaaS sales, Automotive sales/finance, High-ticket remodeling, or heavy negotiation industries).
• Elite Communication & Negotiation: You can handle objections smoothly, build instant rapport over the phone, and close with urgency without being overly pushy.
• Process-Driven & Disciplined: You thrive on structure, daily activity targets, and maintaining a pristine CRM/pipeline.
• Tech-Savvy: Experience with ServiceTitan is a massive plus, but proficiency with modern CRMs and dialers is required.
