Our Client in Edison, NJ, is seeking a B2B Sales Representative for a Direct hire role. Hours: Mon-Fri 8:30 am-5:30 pm Pay Rate: $65-70K DOE

Responsibilities

• Proactively generate and qualify leads through cold outreach and field engagement
• Conduct in-person visits and deliver tailored sales presentations to potential clients
• Develop proposals aligned with customer needs and business goals
• Manage the full sales cycle, including negotiation and closing
• Track sales activities, pipeline, and performance using CRM systems
• Stay informed on market trends to identify new business opportunities
• Prepare sales reports and updates for internal review
• Travel within assigned territories

Qualifications

& Skills

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience (food manufacturing, broadline distribution, or beverage ingredient sales experience is a PLUS).
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM/ERP systems, Microsoft Office, and modern communication tools
• Bilingual Skills: English is required; Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese) is a major plus
