What You'll Do

• Represent buyers, sellers, and investors with professionalism and integrity
• Leverage our exclusive 4-Day Open House system, market insights, and lead generation strategies
• Build and maintain long-term relationships through consistent follow-up and client care
• Use the myWeichert CRM and marketing platform to manage your pipeline and stay in touch
• Stay current on market trends, pricing strategies, and compliance regulations

What You Bring

• A valid real estate license
• A proven track record of success in residential real estate (2+ years preferred)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• The drive to operate independently while embracing team collaboration
• A passion for learning, growing, and delivering exceptional client experiences You must have your Real Estate License to qualify for this independent contractor position. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract Pay: $100,608.00 - $170,646.00 per year
