Position Description: Appointment Setter Purpose of the Position The Appointment Setter is responsible for contacting leads and prospects to qualify them and schedule appointments for the sales or service team, ensuring a consistent flow of booked and confirmed appointments. Primary

Responsibilities

Contact leads and prospects via phone, text, email, or other communication channels. Qualify leads based on established criteria and company guidelines. Schedule and confirm appointments for sales or service representatives. Update, maintain, and accurately document all interactions and client information in the CRM system. Follow up with leads to confirm attendance and reduce no-shows. Manage daily outreach activity and meet appointment-setting targets. Maintain professional, friendly, and persuasive communication at all times. Support the sales and administrative teams as needed. Position

Requirements

Previous experience in appointment setting, sales support, call center, or customer service is preferred. Strong computer skills and ability to work with CRM systems. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organization, follow-up, and time management abilities. Ability to handle objections and work in a fast-paced environment.
