Start Your Career in Mortgage Lending No Experience Required Access Home Lending is seeking motivated, detail-oriented individuals to join our growing team as Inside Sales Representatives. If you're looking for a long-term career in the mortgage industry, we'll provide the training, mentorship, and NMLS licensing support needed to help you advance into a licensed Mortgage Loan Officer role.

What You'll Do

As part of your training and development, you'll learn the mortgage process by:

• Collecting and reviewing borrower documentation
• Coordinating application signings with borrowers
• Working with appraisal companies and scheduling appraisals
• Communicating loan conditions and assisting borrowers with required documentation
• Verifying documents for accuracy and completeness
• Coordinating loan closings and notary appointments
• Assisting with administrative and clerical tasks throughout the loan process
• Supporting loan processors and operations staff as needed Career Growth Opportunity Upon obtaining your NMLS license and successfully completing training, you'll have the opportunity to advance into a Mortgage Loan Originator role role where you'll:
• Take residential mortgage loan applications
• Educate borrowers on available loan products
• Offer and negotiate residential mortgage loan terms
• Assist borrowers throughout the financing process What We're Looking For

• Comfortable working with customers and handling documentation Sales, customer service, mortgage, banking, retail, hospitality, or administrative experience is a plus, but not required. What We Offer
