Responsibilities

as a Retail Sales Associate:

• Engage face-to-face and enroll customers, ensuring they understand AT&T;'s services.
• Execute sales campaigns to boost enrollment rates.
• Promote AT&T; internet and home connectivity services based on individual household needs while answering questions about new services and promotions
• Participate in ongoing training to improve performance as a Retail Sales Associate
• Represent client brands professionally in all interactions, ensuring consistent brand messaging and a memorable customer experience.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and enrollment details, and collaborate with teammates and managers to achieve sales and customer service goals and improve overall business success
• Learn and develop real-world skills in sales, marketing, and customer engagement, preparing for future growth opportunities and leadership roles.

Qualifications

for our next Retail Sales Associate:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Interest in entry-levelRetail Sales Associate roles, telecommunications, fiber internet, and wireless services
• Previous customer service, marketing, or sales experience is a plus, but not required
