Key Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth through retail and lease-to-own sales
• Close sales opportunities and maximize commission earnings
• Deliver exceptional customer service
• Execute company sales and marketing strategies
• Utilize CRM systems to manage customer relationships and follow-up
• Track daily sales goals and execute consistently

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales or customer service experience
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Comfortable working in an hourly + commission structure
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Customer-focused and results-driven mindset
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
• Some college coursework or a business-related degree is a plus but not required

Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk the showroom, and lift 55+ lbs
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Must work mandatory Saturdays
• Must pass a pre-employment background check Job Type: Full-time Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
