We are a growing San Diego home remodeling company seeking a motivated and experienced Home Improvement Sales Representative to join our team. This role focuses on high-value residential remodeling projects including roofs, energy efficient coating, windows, kitchens, bathrooms, full home remodels, additions, landscaping, and hardscaping. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-driven salesperson who wants to earn substantial commissions selling high-end renovation projects. You will meet with homeowners, understand their project goals, and guide them through the remodeling process while closing projects. Sales representatives in remodeling typically consult with clients, assess their needs, and develop proposals for renovation work. We provide qualified leads daily so you can focus on selling and building relationships. What We Offer

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners for in-home consultations
• Understand client needs, budget, and project scope
• Present remodeling solutions and close sales
• Create and present project proposals
• Coordinate with office and production team
• Manage the project relationship from contract to completion
• Maintain excellent client communication throughout the project

Requirements

• Sales experience in home improvement, remodeling, or construction preferred
• Strong communication and closing skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and clients
• Self-motivated and comfortable working in a commission-based environment
• Reliable transportation for local appointments
• Knowledge of remodeling or construction is a plus Ideal Candidate

Compensation

This is a commission-only position. Successful sales representatives have the potential to earn significant income depending on performance and closed projects.
