• Relaxed atmosphere We are looking for a true SALESPERSON! We are looking for someone with great communication skills! We want you to love what you do! This should be a very easy job with great pay! Need to be familiar with the computer, we use Tekmetric for our software. The Service Writer to join our team will need to provide excellent customer service to our clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in the automotive industry and be knowledgeable about vehicle maintenance and repair. The Service Advisor will be responsible for scheduling appointments, providing estimates, creating invoices, and ensuring that all customer inquiries are answered in a timely manner. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is passionate about customer service and has the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. We are a absolute " TEAM" here! so you wont be all alone!

Responsibilities

:

• Greet customers and listen to their concerns.
• Inspect vehicles for mechanical and safety issues.
• Document customer concerns and vehicle repair needs.
• Provide estimates for repair costs and time frames for completion.
• Schedule appointments for service and repairs.
• Communicate with technicians to ensure that repairs are completed in a timely manner. Explain repair costs and procedures to customers. Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $600.00 per week
