Our goal is to continue to build our culture focused, work hard-play hard Club Pilates Team into a true family of locations. The Role Sales Associates are responsible for driving membership sales while building and maintaining client relationships at two Club Pilates locations (Burleson and South Fort Worth/Crowley).

Qualifications

• Sales experience (preferably in fitness, wellness or a similar industry) is desired but we will train the right person
• Goal oriented with an ability to achieve sales targets
• Ability to work independently as well as ability to collaborate with team members
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in person, over the phone, and through email
• Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgement
• Affinity and passion for fitness
• Highly organized, proficient in data management, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Professional, punctual, reliable, organized, and neat
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients, and the general public
• Availability to work weekends
• Proficiency with computers and Studio software

Responsibilities

• Implement a sales process to schedule prospects into Intro Classes
• Participate in grass root marketing and networking events
• Maintain studio cleanliness
• Follow Club Pilates policies and procedures Work Shifts
• On weekdays, our Sales Associates work either opening shifts from 5:30 am to 2:00 pm and/or closing shifts from 4:00 pm to 9.30 pm.
• On Saturdays, all Sales Associates work a shift usually between 7:30 am and 6:00 pm.
• All Sales Associates work rotating Sundays, usually about once a month from 7:30 am to 3:00 pm. Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
