Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to leads from Facebook Marketplace, Instagram, TikTok, website inquiries, and other online platforms.
• Generate new sales opportunities by actively posting vehicle inventory on social media and online marketplaces.
• Build relationships with potential customers through calls, text messages, email, and social media messaging.
• Qualify customers and schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Follow up consistently with leads to maximize appointment show rates and vehicle sales.
• Maintain accurate customer information and activity in the CRM system.
• Meet daily and monthly goals for lead generation, appointments, and vehicle sales.
• Assist customers throughout the buying process while providing exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth customer experience from first contact to vehicle delivery. Pay: From $16.00 per hour Work Location: In person
