Eugene Fastener & Supply Co., Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented, customer- focused Sales Processor to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys solving customer problems, sourcing products, preparing accurate quotations, and turning opportunities into orders. Responsibilities

• Process customer orders received by phone, email, web portal, and walk-in customers.
• Generate accurate sales quotations and follow up to convert quotes into orders.
• Source products from manufacturers and vendors to meet customer needs.
• Utilize pricing modules and company pricing guidelines to prepare competitive quotations.
• Communicate professionally with customers by phone, email, and in person.
• Maintain quote documentation and provide timely status updates.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) consistently.
• Update quote tracking documents, Microsoft Teams, and other internal systems without requiring reminders.
• Work closely with purchasing, warehouse, and sales staff to ensure customer expectations are met.
• Resolve customer questions regarding products, pricing, availability, and order status.

Qualifications

• Excellent computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new software.
• Strong mathematical aptitude, including the ability to understand product dimensions, thread sizes, measurements, and pricing calculations.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Professional and friendly customer service attitude.
• Self-motivated with excellent follow-through.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
• Comfortable researching products and sourcing items from multiple suppliers.
• Experience preparing quotations and processing sales orders is preferred.
• Industrial, construction, manufacturing, or fastener knowledge is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate. We're Looking For Someone Who
