Residential Roofing Sales Representative Action Roofing Pensacola, FL Action Roofing, a member of the Peak Roofing Partners family of companies, is one of Florida's fastest-growing roofing contractors and has recently expanded its Gulf Coast operations into Pensacola and Mobile. With nearly 40 years of roofing expertise, Action Roofing provides homeowners with industry-leading roof replacement, repair, and maintenance solutions throughout Florida and the Gulf Coast region. (Roofing Contractor) We are seeking a motivated, high-energy Residential Roofing Sales Representative to join our growing Pensacola team. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven sales professional looking to earn six figures through uncapped commissions while working with a company that provides strong operational support, advanced technology, and a trusted brand.

What You'll Do

• Meet with homeowners to inspect roofs and identify roofing needs
• Present roofing solutions and educate customers on products, processes, and financing options
• Generate self-sourced opportunities through networking, referrals, canvassing, and community engagement
• Follow up on company-generated leads and appointments
• Prepare and deliver professional estimates and proposals
• Guide customers through the sales process from inspection to contract signing
• Maintain accurate customer records in CRM software
• Collaborate with operations and production teams to ensure exceptional customer experiences
• Represent Action Roofing professionally in the community What We're Looking For
• 2+ years of outside sales experience preferred
• Roofing, home improvement, construction, restoration, or related sales experience strongly preferred
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with a hunter mentality
• Comfortable climbing ladders and performing roof inspections
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed What We Offer
