• Meet with customers one-on-one to understand their current internet and wireless needs and present a better, more affordable solution
• Walk customers through the sales process step by step, building trust through honest, straightforward communication
• Listen actively to identify what customers actually need and match them with the package that fits not just the one that's easiest to explain
• Break down complex service options into clear, confident choices that make it easy for customers to say yes
• Stay sharp on current promotions, product updates, and new incentives so every in-person interaction drives real opportunity
