Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to perform roof inspections and identify roofing needs
• Generate new business through networking, referrals, canvassing, and community outreach
• Educate customers on roofing systems, products, financing options, and the sales process
• Prepare and present professional estimates and proposals
• Build lasting relationships with homeowners throughout the sales cycle
• Coordinate with production and operations teams to ensure an outstanding customer experience
• Maintain accurate customer information and sales activity in the CRM
• Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales goals

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred (roofing, home improvement, construction, HVAC, solar, or related industries is a plus)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Highly motivated with a hunter mentality
• Comfortable working both in the field and meeting customers in their homes
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work evenings and occasional weekends as needed
