About the Role

This is a 1099 independent contractor sales role selling health and life insurance to individual clients across the United States. You'll be trained and mentored directly by leadership with over $1 million in personal annual production and direct experience building and managing sales teams, not a generic onboarding script. This role is commission-only. There is no salary, draw, or guaranteed income. That structure means uncapped upside for the right person, and real financial risk for the wrong one. • Working leads (company-provided / self-generated / purchased) to schedule consultations with prospective clients
• Assessing client needs and recommending appropriate health and life insurance products from our carrier portfolio
• Managing your own pipeline and follow-up, this is largely self-directed work
• Meeting with a mentor regularly to review calls, refine your pitch, and troubleshoot deals

Compensation

• 100% commission, uncapped , no ceiling on what you can earn
• Top performers earn $125,000+
• Bonuses for top performers on top of commission
