We're looking for motivated, self-driven sales professionals who are ready to build a six-figure income while representing a trusted local roofing company.

Compensation

• 50/50 Commission Split (Net Profit After Job Expenses)
• Performance-based commission structure with uncapped earning potential
• Additional incentives and bonuses based on monthly and quarterly sales volume
• Top performers have the opportunity to earn well into six figures.

What You'll Do

• Generate and manage your own leads through networking, referrals, door-to-door canvassing, and self-generated marketing.
• Meet with homeowners to inspect roofs and identify their roofing needs.
• Educate customers on roofing systems, materials, warranties, financing options, and storm damage
• Sell premium shingle, tile, and metal roof replacement projects.
• Prepare estimates and present proposals through Jobnimbus
• Guide customers through the sales process from initial consultation to signed contract.
• Maintain excellent customer communication throughout the project.
• Represent Valor Roofing Company with professionalism and integrity.
• Company Shirts, Business Cards and Marketing Material all provided What We're Looking For
• Roofing sales experience preferred or construction sales experience
• Strong communication and closing skills.
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Comfortable climbing ladders and performing roof inspections.
