Sales Representatives at La-Z-Boy are paid a guarantee plus commission during training and out average sales person earns over $60,000 a year, with top performers earning over $100k. An interest in interior design is helpful but not required, we have accredited interior designers on staff to help you with big projects. Our Sales Reps bring a wide variety of sales and non-sales related experience. We have previous high school and college athletes, hotel/restaurant associates, retail managers and assistant managers and more. Working well as a team is important to success here.
