11 Year Award Winning Allstate Insurance Agency is currently seeking a licensed P&C; Sales professional interested in becoming the key member of the agency. Accompanied by a support staff, this position is designed for the candidate who is ready to contribute and help steer the agency down its continued path of growth along with remarkable customer experiences. Must have a proven successful Allstate or State Farm agency experience or at least 3+years in other major insurance agency or brokerage. Personal, Commercial, and Life Insurance lines are all available to sell. If you are an independent self-starter with a sense of urgency and ability to handle service and sales quickly, then this is your opportunity with excellent income, bonuses and growth potential. • Sell and Service over the phone with professional etiquette
• Generate new business via networking, leads & referrals - CRM experience
• Be results driven - Achieving monthly and quarterly goals of sales
• Ability to develop a funnel and create pipeline of opportunity
• Build rapport and establishing trust with customers and COIs
• Follow-up on customer requests with sense of urgency
• Exceed both prospect and customer expectations
• Have ability and skill to close business and deliver and exceed onboarding expectations

• Motivated with proven phone skills
• COMPUTER SAVVY - Proficient in Computer applications, programs, and Microsoft Office products

Compensation

Package: Competitive Hourly Pay + Commission + Bonuses + Awards & Incentives Hours per week:

• 9AM Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Commission Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
