Automotive Sales Professional Klaben Auto Stores , a successful, family-owned and operated business for over 50 years, is looking to grow its team of sales and leasing professionals offering Ford Lincoln and Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM brands. Summary of

Essential Duties

• Assist customers in vehicle purchase and lease;
• Achieve personal and dealer automotive sales goals utilizing sales tools consistently;
• Achieve consistently high customer satisfaction ratings;
• Qualify for manufacturer certifications in a timely manner, and effectively demonstrate vehicle features and benefits to customers;
• Promote repeat and referral business by building customer relationships through outstanding service and consistent follow-up. Qualities and experience we are seeking --

• Ability and desire to learn and adapt to proven sales processes
• Desire to succeed. Education and experience we are seeking --
• H.S. diploma -- with some college a plus;
• Prior sales experience required;
• Must be teachable in product and processes;
