Part-Time Social Media & E-Commerce Specialist Pawn Broker Assistant Location: Jacksonville, FL (On-site) Job Type: Part-Time

About Us

: Jax Jewelry & Pawn is a growing pawn shop serving the Jacksonville community with both in-store retail and online sales. We are seeking a part-time team member with proven experience in social media marketing, SEO, and online ad campaigns to help grow our online presence while supporting retail operations as needed.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Manage and grow our social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) through consistent posting, engagement, and targeted campaigns.
• Create and execute paid ad campaigns on Facebook/Instagram to increase brand awareness and drive traffic.
• Optimize online listings with strong SEO practices for Amazon, eBay, and other platforms.
• Write compelling product descriptions and take quality photos/videos for online sales.
• Assist with packaging and shipping online orders.
• Provide occasional support in-store with customer service and pawn broker operations.

Requirements

:

• Proven experience in social media marketing, SEO, and paid advertising campaigns (especially Facebook/Instagram).
• Strong understanding of content creation, online engagement, and growth strategies.
• Experience listing items on Amazon and/or eBay.
• Basic photography and editing skills.
• Reliable, organized, and self-motivated.

Preferred Qualifications

:

• Retail or pawn shop experience.
• Graphic design or video editing skills.
• Knowledge of Google Ads or other digital advertising platforms.
