Costa Mesa, CA | Full-time | Base + Commission (DOE) Fast Track Financial Relief is seeking a driven and experienced Debt Resolution Sales Manager to lead our growing sales team. This full-time, on- site position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong leadership skills, and can inspire a team to exceed performance goals. You'll work closely with senior leadership to develop sales strategies, coach representatives, and ensure our clients receive the best possible experience.

Key Responsibilities

: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed retention and revenue goals Develop and implement sales strategies, scripts, and performance tracking systems Monitor KPIs and provide regular feedback, coaching, and performance evaluations Collaborate with management to identify growth opportunities and optimize sales processes Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations Report on sales performance, forecasts, and market insights

Qualifications

: 3+ years of sales management or team leadership experience (debt relief, financial services, or call center preferred) Proven ability to drive performance and achieve targets in a sales environment Strong communication, coaching, and motivational skills Data-driven with experience analyzing KPIs and creating action plans Excellent organizational and time-management skills Schedule: MondayFriday, 40 hours/week, with occasional flexibility as needed.
