Upscale Men and Women's boutique in downtown Santa Fe is seeking an experienced retail sales associate for our Men's Boutique. The Right Person Is or Has the Desire to be: (Will train and invest in the right person) Mature, self-confident, motivated individual with good people skills, with the ability to multi-task, and has a good sense of humor. Prior customer service preferred. Experience with styling and selling high end clothing and accessories is preferred but not required. Has good listening skills. Fun, with a sense of fashion and a look that is coherent with the store aesthetics'. Creative, friendly, trustworthy and goal oriented. Able to work as a member of a team or individually, easy going, and confident. Able to work weekends is a must. Job

Duties

:

• Greet clients in a friendly manner.
• Listen to clients' fashion needs and style accordingly.
• Maintain knowledge of products and inventory.
• Close sales in a friendly and confident manner.
• Process sales using POS system.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor.
• Hanging and stocking inventory
• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.
