Responsibilities

• Identify new sales opportunities through business development and lead generation.
• Negotiate and close roofing contracts while maintaining excellent customer relationships.
• Manage existing accounts and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Upsell and cross-sell high quality roofing systems where appropriate.
• Provide technical sales supportunderstand roofing products and answer customer questions effectively. Experience & Skills Needed
• Prior experience in sales (roofing or home improvement preferred, but not required).
• Background in account management and client retention is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skillsboth written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, solve problems, and work independently.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow within a fast-paced team environment.
