Duties

• Conduct business development activities by identifying new market opportunities, establishing relationships with key decision-makers, and closing large-scale deals.
• Utilize Salesforce and other sales management systems to track leads, monitor pipeline progress, analyze sales data, and generate detailed reports for executive review.
• Lead negotiations with clients at all levels, ensuring favorable terms while maintaining strong customer relationships and delivering outstanding service.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that increase brand awareness and generate qualified leads.
• Oversee account management processes to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion of existing accounts through strategic upselling and cross-selling initiatives.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities using sales analytics tools to refine strategies and stay ahead in the roofing industry. Experience
• Proven success in outside sales within the roofing or related construction industries, demonstrating strong B2B sales capabilities.
• Extensive management experience leading sales teams or business development management in a corporate environment.
• Technical sales experience with SaaS products or enterprise solutions, preferably involving technology-driven roofing solutions or related services.
• Proficiency with Salesforce Cloud platform, sales management systems, and analytics/reporting tools for data-driven decision-making.
• Demonstrated ability in negotiation, deal closing, and managing large accounts with complex requirements.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing executive-level teams and developing effective sales strategies.
• Background in enterprise selling environments with a focus on customer service excellence and long-term relationship building.
• Business development experience including identifying new opportunities, expanding market share, and executing strategic growth plans.
