What You'll Do

:

• Help customers find the perfect fishing boat or pontoon based on their needs and experience
• Walk buyers through features, options, rigging possibilities, and accessories
• Build strong relationships with new and returning customers
• Deliver a top-tier buying experience from first contact to final delivery
• Maintain product knowledge on leading brands and current fishing/boating trends What We're Looking For:
• Sales experience (marine, powersports, RV, automotive, or similar preferred)
• Fishing knowledge species, techniques, electronics, gear, seasonal patterns
• Boating experience operation, safety, rigging basics, outboard knowledge
• Strong communication and people skills
• Self-driven, organized, and team-oriented
• Must be able to pass a background check and have a clean driving record.
