Nevada By-Products - Position Description Position Title: Sales Rep Rynocare/Reno Rendering Company Reporting Relationships Reports to: Andy Black / Gianni Ramirez Supervises: N/A Summary: This is a direct sales rep position that will be expected to work independently to sell and promote our Rynocare and Reno Rendering services across a designated territory. This role will include promoting all the Company's services to new and former customers. This position will be expected to maintain a daily sales log to be submitted weekly to the manager. Responsibilities

and Authority: Cold call and visit potential customers, recording critical contact information (name, address, phone number and e-mails) to be entered into a CRM system and sales log Expected to demonstrate the products and services to potential customers and give advice to the Company's clients on the way to use such products so that they can achieve cost savings and increase revenues. Discover and handle concerns and complaints from customers. Develop new opportunities for products and services by collecting information and feedback from field activity and coordinate customer coverage with proper staff of the Company. Maintain a daily sales and miles log to be used in closing business and for accounting purposes. Make sales presentations while performing direct demonstrations for our products and services. Work with manager to write up proposals and secure signed contracts for committed new customers. Attend related seminars, trade shows and telemarketing events. Arrange schedules on shipping and make delivery of merchandise as needed. Answer direct phone calls. Provide customer pick up and service requests whenever necessary. Fulfill other duties and responsibilities as assigned; including sales of the Company's other services. Assist Regional Sales Manager in any task needed.

Requirements

: 3 to 5 years sales experience (Preferred, but not required) Ability to operate personal computers using word processing, spread sheet and data base software applications: Microsoft Office (Word and Excel). Requirements

• Determined in part by the amount of new business generated as a direct sales representative.
• Amount is dependent upon new business development and individual achievement.
• Variable compensation will require significant effort well beyond a position's defined scope or working hours.
• Must be rated as "Proficient" or "Highly Accomplished" on the most recent performance evaluation and job duties and responsibilities.
• Accomplishments exceed the normal standards/expectation for the job. These include contributions that clearly and significantly impact the new business development and sales growth of the Company's divisions. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
