Job Summary

TEKSwork is seeking a driven Business Account Executive to generate new business and expand our footprint in the market. This is an outside sales role focused on prospecting, building relationships, and closing new clients for our IT, cybersecurity, VoIP, and cloud solutions. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on winning new business, enjoys face-to-face interaction, and wants uncapped earning potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new business through cold calls, networking, and in-person visits
• Develop relationships with business owners and decision-makers
• Identify client needs and present TEKSwork solutions
• Close new business and meet or exceed sales targets
• Collaborate with internal teams for onboarding and project handoff
• Maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking in ConnectWise
• Attend local events, chambers, and networking opportunities
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline Pay: $40,000.00 - $98,000.00 per year
