York Volkswagen (York VW) is looking for a Sales Consultant to join their team! Since 1962, this family-owned and operated dealership has proudly served the York, Lancaster, Harrisburg, and Central Pennsylvania communities. As a Sales Consultant, you'll play a key role in the continued success of York VW while enjoying a guaranteed base salary plus a powerful commission plan that pays up to 14%!

Compensation

Highlights

• $30,000 guaranteed annual base salary ($576.92 weekly) plus commissions
• Commission up to 14% based on monthly units sold
• Strong CSI-based performance bonuses What you will be doing
• Greet and engage customers with enthusiasm
• Consult with customers to understand their needs and preferences
• Demonstrate and explain vehicle features, technology, and benefits
• Present options that fit each customer's goals and budget
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
• Prospect through referrals and creative outreach
• Support a smooth, friendly, high-quality buying experience

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• 12 years Sales or face-to-face customer service experience preferred
• Comfortable with technology: CRM systems, internet tools, digital/mobile devices
• Flexibility to work a 44+ hour work week Key Skills
