Real Estate Acquisitions Associate Full Time We're looking for a motivated and goal-driven professional to join our growing real estate investment company. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys talking to people, thrives in a fast-paced sales environment, and is hungry to close deals. As a Real Estate Acquisitions Associate, you'll reach out to property owners, build rapport, and help negotiate win-win purchase opportunities. You'll be provided with training, call lists, and scripts to help you hit the ground running. No real estate license is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Make 200+ daily outbound calls to property owners using company-provided tools
• Build relationships and gather property details with professionalism and confidence
• Maintain detailed notes and track progress in our CRM system
• Identify opportunities such as pre-foreclosures, inherited homes, and distressed properties
• Consistently follow up with leads to convert conversations into signed agreements What We're Looking For
• At least 2 years of experience in sales or customer outreach (phone-based preferred)
• Excellent communication, listening, and persuasion skills
• Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating CRMs and spreadsheets
• Self-motivated, competitive, and resilient
• Ability to handle rejection and stay focused on results

Compensation

Options (Choose Your Track)

• Hourly + Bonus: $16/hour + $5,000 per closed deal
• Commission Only: $10,000 per closed deal, no hourly base
• Bonuses and cash payout options available Earning potential ranges from $32,000 $120,000+ per year , depending on performance.
