Kilpatrick Agency Inc. (a top-performing franchise of Goosehead Insurance) is seeking an Account Executive in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL. In this role, you'll generate new business revenue and build relationships with real estate and mortgage professionals. Your responsibilities include understanding clients' insurance needs and providing customized solutions. The first year's earnings potential ranges from $31,200 to $90,000, with uncapped commissions and opportunities for additional passive income through renewal commissions. We're looking for self-motivated individuals with sales experience and exceptional communication skills to join our team.

Qualifications

• Passing the state licensing exam, once hired.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and establish referral partner relationships.
• Work with clients to understand their insurance needs. Pay: $31,200.00 - $90,000.00 per year
