Job Summary

: As a Sales Assistant in our growing company, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth, developing and maintaining customer relationships, and supporting market expansion. You will work closely with supermarket and restaurant customers to understand their business needs, recommend suitable products, and execute promotional activities that increase sales and brand visibility. In this role, you will also conduct regular market visits to monitor product inventory, identify expired or out-of-stock products, maintain shelf displays, and collaborate with customers to resolve merchandising issues. Your ability to build strong relationships, analyze sales performance, and identify new business opportunities will contribute directly to the company's continued growth.

Qualifications

:

• Legally authorized to work in Los Angeles (valid work permit or equivalent).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
• Fluent in Mandarin and English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Additional language skills in Korean, Japanese, or Spanish are considered a strong asset.
• Previous sales or account management experience preferred.
• Strong negotiation, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of retail sales, cold-calling, customer relationship management, and market research.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for customer visits.

Responsibilities

:

• Develop new customers and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers.
• Manage sales channels including supermarkets and restaurants.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products to maximize sales opportunities.
• Convert customer demand into product recommendations and sales solutions.
• Conduct regular market visits to monitor inventory levels, identify expired or out-of-stock products, and work with customers to resolve merchandising issues.
• Organize and maintain supermarket shelf displays to ensure product visibility and availability.
• Execute customer-specific promotional and marketing activities to increase sales and brand awareness.
• Engage in outside sales and account management to achieve sales targets and support business growth.
• Maintain accurate customer inventory records, process orders, and track order fulfillment.
• Analyze sales data, customer purchasing trends, and market performance to identify business opportunities and improve sales strategies.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
• Support company marketing campaigns, promotions, trade shows, and other sales-related events. City of Industry Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
