The JCT Insurance Group is looking for an energetic, resourceful, highly intelligent, self starter licensed sales producer to work within the agency. You must be extremely positive with a professional appearance. The position is a property and casualty sales role; with emphasis on sales and great incentives, but you must be a high achiever and meet weekly sales goals. Excellent pay and commission/bonuses. Requirements

• Georgia Property and Casualty License required.
• Life/Health License is a plus.
• Minimum one year prior insurance sales experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be highly self motivated.

Responsibilities

• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, referral sources, marketing, cold calling, lead data bases, and other lead sources.
• Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and close sales policies.
• Generating insurance quotes.
• Be outstanding at relationship building.
• Grow sales revenue by utilizing e-mail and potential clients list. Insurance Sales Job
