We are seeking a motivated Insurance Sales Consultant to help recruit, onboard, and support independent insurance agents across the country. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys relationship-building, sales conversations, and helping agents grow their business. You will work directly with insurance professionals nationwide, guiding them through contracting, onboarding, and production, while helping them succeed. We are a national independent insurance marketing organization specializing in individual health insurance, Medicare, supplemental health, life insurance, annuities, and long-term care. Our unique and innovative plans are paired with exceptional support to help our vast network of independent insurance agents and agencies reach new levels of success.

Position Summary

: This is a consultative, relationship-based position for someone who thrives on communication, problem-solving, and helping agents succeed. You will connect with insurance professionals through phone, text, email, and social platforms to recruit, onboard, and support agents while helping them become productive quickly.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Recruit, onboard, and develop independent insurance agents nationwide
• Guide agents through contracting, onboarding, and initial production setup
• Build working knowledge of NAIS product lines, enrollment workflows, and carrier requirements
• Serve as a primary point of contact for agent questions, sales support, and operational assistance
• Provide ongoing training coordination and production support to agents
• Maintain accurate CRM documentation and onboarding records
• Communicate across phone, email, text, and social media channels daily
• Collaborate with internal sales and operations teams to ensure smooth agent experiences
• Identify opportunities to help agents grow production and engagement
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent work experience)
• Experience in customer service or sales support roles preferred
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales or performance goals (preferred)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated with a strong sales aptitude and customer-focused mindset
• Ability to multitask with strong organizational skills
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
