Restaurant Growth & Operations Specialist Premium Food Delivery is looking for an outgoing, organized, and motivated individual to support our daily delivery operations, build relationships with restaurant partners, and help manage social media. This role combines dispatch coordination, business development, customer service, and social engagement. The ideal candidate can stay calm in a fast- paced environment, communicate confidently with customers and restaurant owners, and help identify opportunities to grow sales and online orders. Key ResponsibilitiesDispatch & Order Management

• Accurately enter, update, and manage order details.
• Assign and route delivery drivers efficiently.
• Monitor active deliveries and help resolve delays or order issues.
• Communicate clearly with drivers, restaurants, customers, and team members.
• Provide professional customer service and timely order updates. Restaurant Growth & Relationship Building
• Connect with local restaurant owners and introduce them to our services.
• Follow up with potential restaurant partners and schedule meetings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with current partners.
• Identify opportunities to increase online ordering, delivery, promotions, and customer engagement.
• Track leads, follow-ups, meetings, and partnership opportunities. Social Media & Promotions
• Create and schedule social media content.
• Visit restaurant partners to take photos and videos.
• Help promote restaurant specials, new menu items, and online ordering.
• Respond to social media messages, comments, and customer questions.
• Work with leadership and restaurant partners to develop promotions that drive more orders. What We're Looking For
