Sales Associate Entry Level | Immediate Hire | Tampa, FL Betr Group Inc Full-Time In-Person About Betr Group: Betr Group is a Tampa-based sales and marketing firm that manages direct customer acquisition campaigns on behalf of national clients. We run face-to-face sales programs across the Tampa area and promote exclusively there. Client details, including the brands you'd represent, are shared during the interview. What You'll Actually Do: You'll meet with customers directly, at events or in the field, to present products and close sales on behalf of our clients. It's active, social, and results-driven work. No cold calling, no desk.

Compensation

• Base pay: $500/week guaranteed during training
• Commission: uncapped, paid weekly
• Realistic first-year earnings: $45,000$65,000; top performers earn $80,000+ What We're Looking For
