Fitness Oceanside is looking to hire a motivated and energetic Sales Associate to join our growing team. Our club is the largest LA Fitness on the West Coast, offering a fast-paced environment with huge opportunities for growth in the fitness industry. We are looking for someone who is driven, organized, and passionate about fitness. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, thrives in a team setting, and is motivated by hitting goals and generating new business.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective members
• Generate leads through outside marketing and community outreach
• Assist with in-house marketing and promotions
• Tour prospective members through the facility
• Help drive membership sales and monthly goals
• Maintain strong relationships with current and new members
• Work closely with the sales team and management
