Compensation

15% Commission on Total Contract Value Sold The earning potential is substantial: Annual Sales Volume Commission Earnings $500,000 = $75,000 $1,000,000 = $150,000 $2,000,000= $300,000 $3,000,000= $450,000 $5,000,000= $750,000 Top performers have the potential to earn $250,000 to $500,000+ annually. Responsibilities

As a Commercial Roofing Sales Professional, you will:

• Develop relationships with property managers, facility managers, building owners, and general contractors
• Generate new business opportunities
• Conduct roof assessments and client meetings
• Identify customer needs and recommend solutions
• Collaborate with our estimating team to develop proposals
• Present and negotiate contracts
• Maintain and grow a sales pipeline
