Outside Sales Representative

What You'll Do

• Conduct in-home and/or client consultations
• Identify client needs and present tailored financial solutions
• Work with pre-qualified leads to maximize efficiency and closing opportunities
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through follow-up and service
• Manage your own schedule with a focus on productivity and execution
• Learn and grow into leadership and management opportunities based on performance What We're Looking For
• Strong drive, discipline, and a competitive mindset
• No prior experience required full training provided
• Evidence of prior success (sales, sports, business, academics, or personal achievement)
• Comfortable communicating with people in the comfort of their own home.
• Willingness to obtain any required licensing or training if applicable

Compensation

• On-Target Earnings (Year 1): $70,000 $164,000+
• Uncapped commission structure based on performance
