Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting the right Ford or Lincoln vehicle for their needs
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
• Follow up on dealership leads in a timely and professional manner
• Demonstrate vehicle features, technology, and benefits
• Conduct test drives and explain financing and leasing options
• Maintain CRM activities and customer follow-up
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish

Qualifications

• Previous automotive sales experience required
• Ford or Lincoln experience is a plus, but not required
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Comfortable using CRM systems and technology

• Monday to Saturday
• Day and evening shifts
• Weekend availability a must License/Certification:
