Senior Helpers East San Diego is seeking an ambitious, results-driven Business Development Representative to expand our presence throughout the Poway territory. This is more than a sales positionit's an opportunity to help seniors age safely and independently in the comfort of their own homes while building strong partnerships with healthcare professionals across the community. What You'll Do

As our Business Development Representative, you'll be responsible for growing our referral network and increasing private-duty home care services throughout the Poway area. Your responsibilities include:

• Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals, physicians, skilled nursing facilities, rehabilitation centers, assisted living communities, case managers, discharge planners, social workers, senior centers, and other healthcare professionals.
• Generate new private-pay client referrals through strategic networking and community engagement.
• Conduct in-person sales calls, educational presentations, lunch-and-learns, and community outreach events.
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline while consistently following up with referral partners.
• Identify opportunities to grow market share within your assigned territory.
• Collaborate closely with our Operations and Client Services teams to ensure an exceptional client experience from referral through care.
• Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual growth goals.
• Represent Senior Helpers with professionalism, integrity, compassion, and excellence. What We're Looking For We're seeking someone motivated, outgoing, and passionate about serving others.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of outside sales, healthcare sales, business development, or account management experience.
• Experience in home care, hospice, home health, senior living, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical sales strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to build relationships and generate new business.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and networking skills.
• Self-starter who enjoys working independently while managing a sales territory.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
